We use high-quality implants that have undergone the most rigorous testing and do not pose a risk to pregnancy or future breastfeeding. You can choose between round or anatomical (teardrop-shaped) implants – which look completely natural at first glance.
The procedure is always planned in consultation with the attending doctor, tailored precisely to the patient’s individual needs.
The first step is a personal consultation, on the basis of which the doctor will propose a solution tailored to your wishes, body shape and state of health, including a medical examination.
The operation itself is carried out under general anaesthesia and takes approximately 1–1.5 hours. Usually, an incision approximately 4 cm long is made beneath the breasts, or alternatively in the armpit or around the areola. The incisions are closed with absorbable sutures.
At Premier Clinic, we use only premium equipment. We are the only clinic in the Czech Republic to use unique German anaesthesia units, which enable fully digital administration of anaesthesia.
All our anaesthesia is administered using ‘low-flow’ anaesthesia with premium anaesthetic gas – this makes recovery easier and virtually eliminates side effects.
We recommend stopping any blood-thinning medication, including those containing acetylsalicylic acid, approximately three weeks before the procedure, as these could increase the risk of bleeding both during and after the procedure. It is also advisable to cut down on smoking, as this slows down the healing process.
After the procedure, we will fit you with a special elastic bra to keep the implants in place. You will usually stay in hospital for 1–2 days, after which you will be discharged with instructions on post-operative care.
Your first follow-up appointment will take place within two months of the procedure; we also recommend annual check-ups.
